This is a turnkey option designed to deliver reliable horsepower with no guesswork.
Engine Build Packages
If you are wanting the Reid’s Speed Shop touch and are looking for me to personally handle an engine build for you. This includes teardown, working with the machine shop personally, assembly in a clean and tidy environment, prep and hand painted to the color of your choosing, break-in, and an opportunity to hear the engine run in person and a sign off sheet with your approval before it’s ever loaded up!
To get started, provide your goals and budget, and we’ll work together to create the right combination for your build.
Note: Builds are limited to OE roller and retrofit roller valvetrain combinations to ensure reliability and consistent performance.

If you're looking to plan out your engine build before committing, I offer two levels of guidance depending on how detailed you’d like to go.
Free Estimate:
I’m happy to provide a quick, rough estimate range based on your goals. This will give you a general idea of cost and direction to help you get started.
Full Build Sheet (Paid Service):
For a detailed, dialed-in plan, I offer a complete build sheet service. I’ll take your goals and put together a fully matched parts list, overall build direction, and realistic cost breakdown so you know exactly what it takes to bring your vision to life.
This includes proven component combinations, compatibility considerations, and a clear path forward—removing the guesswork and helping avoid costly mistakes.
No pressure—just honest numbers and a solid plan so you can make the right decision.
If you decide to move forward with the build, the cost of the build sheet will be applied toward your final invoice.
